Submission Procedure

To submit articles in the e-magazine, please follow the guidelines below:
  • Articles must be original and free from any sort of plagiarism. The authors of the articles will be responsible for any such misconduct.
  • Articles must be written in a way that is easy for all the readers of all domains to understand.
  • Articles should be written within 2-4 pages, font size: 12, Times New Roman, Spacing: 1.5, and justify.
  • Articles should have an introduction and conclusion. Abstracts and summaries along with maximum of 5 keywords in the beginning are most preferred.
  • Tables and figures in proper format and citation are always encouraged.
  • A maximum of 4 references must be included at the end of the article.
  • The articles must be submitted to the email id: [email protected]
  • After submission of the article, the author will be provided with an author agreement form that he/she has to duly fill and submit to the same Email-id.
  • Once the articles are accepted, the publication will be done within a period of 20-25 days. The author will be intimated in email about the tentative date of publication, after completion of all formalities.
  • Please note that articles submitted after 5th of every month will be published in the subsequent month. 
  • Any query will be addressed by the email id provided.
  • There are no processing or submission charges. However, there is a nominal publication charge of Rs 200 per article.
  • The publication charge can be paid by online transfer. The account details are mentioned in the author guidelines in the download section (It will also be sent to you via email).
  • The detailed author guidelines, author agreement and any other relevant documents can also be downloaded from the download section of the website.
